Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure to send your item back within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Refunds
Upon receipt and examination of your returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Kindly allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the time we receive your item for us to process your return. Depending on your credit card issuer, it might take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your statement. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed.
